It’s the moment I tie that red ribbon.

There’s something special about that little detail --- knowing that this box will soon be opened by someone who’s been waiting for their treat, someone who might be celebrating a small win, sharing it with family, or simply giving themselves a sweet little break.

And every single time I pull that ribbon into a bow, I can’t help but smile.
